Measure an existing ring
If you already own a ring that fits comfortably on the intended finger, this is the most reliable method. You'll need a ruler with millimeter markings. A digital caliper is ideal if you have one.
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
- Measure the inside diameter. That's straight across the open space, from one inner edge of the band to the other. Don't measure from outer edge to outer edge.
- Match that millimeter value to the Diameter (mm) column in the chart below.
Measure your finger
No ring on hand? Use a thin strip of paper or a piece of string. This gives you your finger’s circumference, which we then translate to your size.
- Cut a thin strip of paper (about 4 mm wide and 10 cm long) or use a piece of string.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, firm but not tight. It should slide off over the knuckle without forcing.
- Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps itself with a pen.
- Lay it flat against a ruler and measure in millimeters from the start to the mark.
- Match that millimeter value to the Circumference (mm) column in the chart.

Pro tips
A few things that make the difference between a ring that’s “okay” and one that fits like it was meant to.
- If your knuckle is noticeably wider than the base of your finger, size up by ¼ to ½.
- Wide bands (3 mm and up) tend to fit tighter. Consider going up a half size for comfort.
- Don’t measure when your hands are cold or just after exercise. Fingers can be up to a half size smaller or larger.
- If you plan to stack rings, measure with all the rings you’d wear at once on the finger.
- Dominant-hand fingers are usually slightly larger than the same finger on the other hand.
- When in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger. Resizing down is easier than up.

Are there any types of rings that can't be resized?
Yes, certain rings, such as eternity and open bands, cannot be resized due to their design. If your ring cannot be resized, you can opt for a new ring in the correct size within our 30-day exchange policy.
What to do if I'm between ring sizes?
If you find yourself between ring sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size rather than the smaller one. Finger size can vary during the day, and a ring that's too tight might be difficult to remove over the knuckle, causing discomfort.
We offer quarter sizes to ensure a precise fit, which should alleviate any sizing concerns.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
- If you order the wrong size, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your item to initiate the complimentary resizing process. We'll work with you to confirm the new size and resize your ring at no additional cost. If you ordered an eternity ring, open band, or any other style that cannot be resized, you have the option to exchange it for the correct size within our 30-day policy period.
What if I need my ring resized after the 60-day period?
If you require resizing after the 60-day period, there will be a nominal fee of $100 US associated with the service, including shipping both ways with insured shipping. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How long does the resizing process take?
The resizing process typically takes up to 7 business days from the time we receive your item. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the resizing and our current workload.
